Who I am

Hello, I am Gaby

After working in design, research and leadership for over 20 years, mentoring, coaching and consulting is how I now express my passion for helping, solving problems, empowering strengths and finding a balance between what we want to achieve and our inner well-being.

I love growth and continuous improvement at all levels and in all areas – in my organic garden, in the products, services, processes and equipment I designed but – most of all – in people.

I am a voracious learner, obsessed with understanding how humans work, understanding the world and the systems that connect us.

  • And, above all, to stop putting results above health and emotions to achieve objectives but balance achievements with health and wellbeing.

  • Challenging to generate change and improvement
  • Solving problems in the most efficient and sustainable manner
